Jillian Michaels gives many helpful tips for those new to exercise. She is very clear as to what body form should look and feel like. She suggests variations on most every exercise that could be made a little easier for a beginner, or could offer the advanced beginner a bit more challenging workout.

The Jillian Michaels for Beginners Frontside workout DVD would be a positive addition to the home workout library for anyone new to exercise, or starting back after a long period of time.

The only downside to this DVD is that it does only work the “front side” of the body. The viewer will need to be aware of this and work the opposing muscle groups, such as those shown in Jillian’s Backside DVD
